Pre-construction planning is an essential component in every project built by Kortman. Our Pre-Construction team includes staff from the Pre-Construction Services (Estimating), Project Management & Field Supervision teams.
The process includes project estimating review, scope and scheduling, manpower requirements, material procurement, construction methods and safety standards.

The Project Management team is responsible for facilitating and monitoring contract adherence, product submittals, timely material procurement, progress billings, scheduling, quality assurance, manpower needs and efficient project closeout.
Throughout the construction process, our clients can anticipate receiving consistent communication, innovative problem solving, detailed pricing of all contract scope changes, reliable monitoring of construction progress and sufficient manpower resources.
The post-construction process allows Kortman to maintain the highest level of service in our industry. In order to continue meeting the needs of our clients, we utilize a post-construction client satisfaction survey. In addition, we evaluate each project in detail so we are always driving towards perfection. During our evaluating process, we look at suppliers and subcontractor performance, field supervision, the construction project process, communication, labor and financial results.
